Total make-over of a hairdressing salon.
The street-front facade was restored and painted in black. the logo incorporated.The window to the left of the entrance was sand-blasted to create a more intimate space for the clientele. A blue-violet neon light was placed on the floor behind. The left-side window and a part of the door was coated with two way mirror, in which was implanted a computer monitor with a slideshow display, created by our communications department, of the different cuts offered, prices, opening times, special offers etc. The old wooden doorhandle was covered with a sheet of chromed metal.
Inside, the floors were covered with smooth waxed ciment, with thick black or red demarcation lines painted with garage paint.The reception desk was made in black lacquer, with a glass surface to which gold leaf was applied underneath. An indirect lighting was fixed alongside the bottom of the desk.The work surfaces were treated with sparkling black volcanic sand. The coneption and creation of lighting columns and the choice of furniture, which was then customized.
